Supporting clients through the post-contract journey from contracts exchanged to settlement. I work really closely with buyers, property managers, brokers, and conveyancers to make sure every detail comes together smoothly and due dates are met!
I am always across a million things at once and keep everyone and everything under control. I am across every deal and can answer any questions anyone has about where they are up to, just don’t try and catch me after 7pm. I’ll already be tucked in bed with my book.
I keep clients in the loop with where their process is up to and make sure they always feel comfortable reaching out. Many clients message me privately with questions they might feel hesitant to ask in the group chat, and that’s exactly what I’m here for! I always remind them that no question is ever silly, and I’m more than happy to help with anything they need.
That I’m approachable and on top of things. If I don’t have the answer, I’ll find it or put them in touch with the correct person.
The relationships I get to build with everyone. From our team at FSA to the external partners we work with. It’s so nice to connect with great people and have some fun and banter along the way!
Seeing it come full circle: Watching clients come on board, go through the process, settle, then get their results of the property and then come back on for their next purchase! That’s when all the effort feels worth it.
